We believe that it is essential you spend your legal fees where they can work the hardest for you. There are many stages and aspects of a family law matter, and not all of those stages require the same skills.

Why would you pay an Accredited Specialist to prepare legal documents that can be drafted by a more junior lawyer?

Why would you engage a junior lawyer to give you high level, strategic advice?

We take a team approach ensuring that the person with the right skills is working on the appropriate aspects of your matter, to make your funds go further. We provide free online tools to help you prepare in your own time and space. If you wish to, you can also prepare some documents to further reduce your fees.

Regardless of who is working on your matter, an Accredited Family Law Specialist is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the high standards we expect of ourselves - and you can expect from us - are maintained.

What clients and referrers say about us

  • I have found Jennifer to be a highly motivated, passionate and committed professional with her client’s needs being the first and foremost importance. I have no hesitation in recommending Jennifer to anyone seeking representation

Craig Ashford Manager, Strategic Clients - Valuations and Advisory JLL

  • Jennifer was able to prevent a lengthy expensive case which was settled due to her negotiation skills and knowledge. The case was closed quickly and efficiently on the day out of court. I recommend Jennifer to those wishing a positive outcome.

    Matt R client

  • Jennifer first worked with me several years ago. She is as energetic, passionate, strategic, clever, skilful, supportive and humorous (and I am sure a sense of humour is critical in family law) now as when I first worked with her. Over the years I have referred many friends and contacts to her for assistance with family law matters. All of those people continue to thank me for what they regard as a positive experience in what was otherwise a very challenging time for them. And that is why I will continue to refer people to Jennifer
